Plastic random packings include: Plastic Polyhedral Hollow Ball, Plastic Conjugated Ring, Pall ring, Plastic Cascade Mini Ring, Intalox saddle ring, Rosette ring, Heilex ring, etc. It has the advantages of large void ratio, low pressure, low mass transfer unit height, high overflow point, sufficient gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity and high mass transfer efficiency. It is used in various media of 60-280 degrees Celsius and is widely used in the packing towers of petroleum, chemical, chlor-alkali, natural gas, environmental protection and other industries.
Plastic pentagon packing is an highly efficient packing. According to the structural analysis of the product, the hollowed out design accelerates the flow rate of the liquid and improves the separation efficiency of the gas and the liquid. Large area openings on the sides of the packing overcome large area obstructions. The five corner bends form a larger gas-liquid contact surface toward the center. A more obvious feature is that the five corners are evenly distributed downwards, and this distribution will promote the formation of large water droplets by the droplets. It is recognized as a high efficiency random packing for separation devices.
