Metal Mesh Corrugated Packing MMCP
Products Introduction
MMCP (metal mesh corrugated packing) is a kind of packing is a new type of corrugated packing which has been successfully designed and developed in recent years according to the development of production. It is stamped with a metal sheet, stretched into a specific calendered mesh, and the surface is formed into a regular rhombic mesh. The geometric regular structure of the mesh corrugated packing is pressed into a corrugated sheet, and then assembled into a disc-shaped corrugated structured packing.
The metal mesh corrugated packing is a rhombic stencil that pulls the metal strip into a specific specification, eliminating the complicated process of drawing the net. The packing combines the advantages of wire mesh corrugated packing and orifice corrugated packing. It is used for atmospheric pressure and vacuum distillation, special processes, such as mesh fillers such as titanium and aluminum, and absorption and heat pump distillation requiring low resistance.
Advantage
(1) High capacity. The new tower design can reduce the diameter, while retrofitting the old tower may significantly increase capacity.
(2) High separation efficiency. It has a larger specific surface area than a random packing.
(3) Low pressure drop, thereby reducing energy consumption to a large extent.
(4) The flexibility is large and the scale effect is not obvious.
(5) Suitable for all tower diameters.
(6) Strong resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, especially hydrogen sulfide H2S, naphthenic acid and chlorine CL-
