PRODUCT :
Quartz glass has extremely low coefficient of thermal expansion, high temperature resistance, excellent chemical stability, excellent electrical insulation, low and stable ultrasonic delay performance, the best UV spectral performance and visible light and near-infrared spectral transmission performance, and has higher mechanical properties than ordinary glass.
Quartz glass is an acidic material. Except for hydrofluoric acid and hot phosphoric acid, it is inert to any other acid and is the best acid-resistant material. The degree of corrosion of quartz glass by alkalis and salts at room temperature is also extremely small, so the use of quartz glass in these reagents is not excluded.
Main features:
Quartz glass is not only resistant to high temperature, but also acid and corrosion resistant. Good electrical insulation, etc.

Notice:
1. Quartz glass products are precious materials, and must be handled with care when using them;
2. All kinds of quartz glass have a maximum operating temperature, which should not be exceeded during use, otherwise it will crystallize or soften and deform;
3. Quartz glass that needs to be used at high temperature must be wiped clean before use. It can be soaked with 10% hydrofluoric acid or lotion, then cleaned with high-purity water or treated with alcohol. Thin-line gloves should be worn during operation, and direct contact with quartz glass is not allowed;
4. Quartz glass products are allowed to be used continuously at high temperature, which is good for prolonging the life of quartz glass and improving temperature resistance. On the contrary, the intermittent use of quartz glass products at high temperature has a limited number of uses;
5. Although the quartz glass material has extremely high thermal stability, it can withstand severe temperature changes. However, in actual use, due to the difference in residual strain and product shape, the thermal stability has a certain difference, and attention should be paid during use;
6. Quartz glass is an acidic material. Strictly avoid contact with alkaline substances (such as water glass, asbestos, potassium-sodium compounds, etc.) when used at high temperatures, otherwise its anti-crystallization performance will be greatly reduced.
