Polytetrafluoroethylene (Teflon or PTFE), commonly known as "Plastic King", is a polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene. It has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance, sealing properties, high lubrication and non-stickiness, electrical insulation and good resistance to aging.
PTFE Raschig Ring packing has the advantages of strong sealing, high pressure resistance and strong corrosion resistance. It has excellent sealing material performances. When used alone or in combination with other packings, it is especially suitable for static sealing parts under high temperature and high pressure conditions. In addition to aqua regia and strong oxidizing acids, it can be safely used in all media.
PTFE Raschig ring packing is a kind of random packing Raschig ring packing made of PTFE as raw material. It has stable chemical properties and excellent chemical properties. Tetrafluoro packing can be compatible with the advantages of plastic and metal, and make up for the temperature that plastic random packing cannot withstand, and the corrosiveness that metal random packing cannot withstand. PTFE is often used in anti-corrosion equipment inside the tower.
