Metal corrugated plate packing is a structured packing which is assembled by pressing a thin metal plate and pressing a small puncture hole with a high density into a corrugated sheet. Due to the special puncture microporous structure on the surface, the wetting property of the packing is improved and the performance of the wire corrugated packing can be maintained. This packing combines the advantages of wire mesh and corrugated packing. Its performance is between the metal gauze structured packing and the random packing. Due to reasonable structure, high strength, low cost compared with wire mesh corrugated packing, good corrosion resistance, strong anti-pollution ability, low pressure and large flux, it is especially suitable for organic and normal vacuum and pollution of organic matter distillation. And suitable for atmospheric and pressurized countercurrent absorption processes. In the design of the new tower and the renovation of the old tower, it is used to replace the random packing such as Pall ring and some plate towers. Especially in the transformation of large-scale towers, there are obvious economic effects on improving the output and quality of products and reducing energy consumption.
