Plastic Conjugated Ring combines the advantages of ring packing and saddle-shaped packing.It adopts conjugated ribbed structure;both ends are crimped and have suitable aspect ratio.when packing the tower, packings and walls are point contact, uniform voidage.It has features of small fluid resistance, low pressure drop, large flow,as the fluid pass through the packing layer, vapor-liquid contact well, small trend of channeling and wall flow, so as to achieve the excellent effect of mass transfer performance.It is widely used for purifying alcohol absorption, sulfuric acid, methacrylic acid, methylester distillation, eucalyptus oil purification, waste gas purification, water purification, etc.Owing to conjugate curve rib structure and appropriate length, there are point contact and aren't intussusceptive between packing and tower packing Therefore, this type of plastic random packing has good chemical corrosion resistance and long service life. It is widely used in sulfuric acid absorption, formic ester distillation, methylacrylic acid treatment, exhaust gas purification, eucalyptus oil purification and water purification.
