Ceramic intalox saddle ring packing is specially developed for drying, absorption, synthesis tower and other strong acid corrosive environment in chlor alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry, fertilizer production, sulfuric acid, phosphate fertilizer, smelting tail gas, etc. has excellent acid resistance and heat resistance. Special measures are taken to prevent the relaxation of porcelain. The main components of the product are silicon dioxide (62 ~75%) and aluminum oxide (18~30%6).The porcelain is compact, with material density of 2.3~2.35glcm3, high mechanical strength, strong chemical corrosion resistance to acid and alkali (especially H2SO4, HNO3, etc.),high temperature resistance (up to 1230 °C), good resistance to rapid cooling and heating, and anti spalling. The saddle-shaped random-stacked ceramic rectangular saddle-ring packing produced by our company is a semi-circular structure open packing.Shading and large porosity increase the effective utilization of the mass transfer surface, and have good liquid distribution performance.A new type of high-efficiency packing that is widely used at present is not only used in drying towers in chemical, metallurgical, gas, oxygen production and other industries.It can be widely used in absorption towers, cooling towers, regeneration towers, and as heat storage fillers in organic waste gas devices in the field of environmental protection.
